What is the cost of an exam?
Our first exam fee is $85, and exams after that point are $75.
Where are you located?
Wildwood Veterinary Clinic is located on the South Waterfront, on the west side of the Griffis South Waterfront Apartments.
Is there parking at your office?
While we do not have a private parking lot, there is street parking open and available to the public. If you park in local public parking, please be sure to alert the reception team and we will credit your account.
How long is a typical appointment?
The length of your appointment may vary based on the needs of your pet and any questions that you may have regarding your pet’s care. Typical wellness appointments last about 45 minutes.
What can I expect at my first visit?
During your first visit, the Wildwood Veterinary Clinic team will get to know you and your pet and talk through any specific needs that you both may have. Our team will complete a thorough physical exam and review your pet’s medical history. Your Wildwood Veterinarian is a trusted partner in your pet’s care and will work with you to create a comprehensive care plan for their future. We have a required $85 prepayment of the first exam fee.
Do you see exotic or pocket pets (hamsters, rabbits, ferrets, etc.)?
Currently, our veterinarians do not treat pocket pets at this time. However, we may be able to help with basic nail trims on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly for this service.
Is there a pet insurance company you recommend?
There are many companies that provide pet insurance and they all offer different types of coverage. We suggest visiting petinsurancereview.com to compare and contrast the companies.
Are there any pet insurance companies you don’t accept?
Pet insurance is on a reimbursement basis, meaning that owners pay at the time of their visit and then request reimbursement from their insurance company. As such, we work with all insurance companies.
