For New Clients
If you are new to Wildwood Veterinary Clinic, please call us at (503) 477-4757 to schedule your first appointment.
After scheduling, our team will typically email you our New Client Form to complete before your visit. The form is also available on our website if needed. It helps us gather any additional information we may need about you and your pet before your appointment.
If you need to schedule or re-schedule a surgery for your pet, please call us directly at (503) 477-4757. Please do not use the online system below. Thank you!
For Existing Clients
If you are already a client of Wildwood Veterinary Clinic, you can request an appointment through our GreatPetCare Pet Parent Portal on desktop, mobile, or through the app.
To sign in or create access, please use the main email address listed on your account. The portal matches that email to your record in our system. Secondary email addresses will not work. If that email is already connected to your online pharmacy/store login, please use those same login credentials.
Through the portal, clients can:
- request or book appointments
- view upcoming and past visits
- view invoices
- request prescription refills
- access vaccine records and reminders
If a client would like to request an appointment with a specific doctor, they should call us at (503) 477-4757, as online scheduling does not currently allow doctor selection.
