WE WOULD LIKE TO INFORM YOU OF A NEW POLICY ON CANCELLATION OF APPOINTMENT/NO-SHOW. EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 1, 2022:

This policy has been established in order to provide the highest level of veterinary care to all of our patients.

By providing us notice of a cancellation, we may be able to accommodate other patients with your appointment slot. When you do not show up for a scheduled appointment, it creates an unused appointment slot that could have been used for another patient. Therefore, it is very important that you call at least 24 hours in advance to cancel your appointment.

No call/no show:

In the case of an existing client missing their exam appointment with no prior notice, a $25 fee will immediately be applied to the account. This fee must be paid before being able to schedule the next appointment. Upon rescheduling, you may also need to pre-pay for just that appointment. You will not need to pre-pay every appointment, just the one following the no-show.

In the case of a new client missing their appointment with no prior notice, the $85 pre-payment will not be refunded.

Cancellation policy:

If you need to change or reschedule your exam or technician appointment, we require 24 hour notice.

If you need to reschedule a surgery appointment, we require 48 hour notice.

As a courtesy, when time allows, we send reminder emails and text messages for appointments. If you do not receive a reminder email and text message, the above Policy will remain in effect.

WE UNDERSTAND THERE MAY BE TIMES WHEN AN UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCE OCCURS AND YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO KEEP YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. YOU MAY CONTACT WILDWOOD VETERINARY CLINIC 24 HOURS A DAY, 7 DAYS A WEEK AT THE NUMBERS BELOW. SHOULD IT BE AFTER REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS MONDAY – FRIDAY OR ON A WEEKEND, YOU MAY LEAVE A MESSAGE OR SEND US AN EMAIL.
