For New Clients
If you are new to Wildwood Veterinary Clinic – Welcome! Please call us directly at (503) 477-4757 to schedule your pet’s first exam. Then, please complete our new client form so that we can be better aquatinted with you and your pet when you arrive for your appointment.
If you need to schedule or re-schedule a surgery for your pet, please call us directly at (503) 477-4757. Please do not use the online system below. Thank you!
For Existing Clients
If you are already a client of Wildwood Veterinary Clinic, you can use our convenient online scheduling platform for requesting an appointment for your pet.
To use our online scheduling platform, you must register for an account. If you do not yet have an account, click the green REGISTER button to create your account. Please use the FORGOT PASSWORD option if you do not remember your log-in credentials. Or, call our office to reset your password. Please do not register for a new account as this will create a duplicate client record for you in our system.
Please Note: If you would like to request an appointment with a specific doctor, please call the clinic at (503) 477-4757 to speak with our reception team. Our online scheduling platform does not allow you to select a specific doctor at this time.
